VIS strives to give our clients the best possible and most efficient environments available for their WebSites. Abiding by the listed policies, will insure that we are able to continue to provide the highest quality services and support.

All VIS Accountholders must read and agree to the following:

• All accounts are due and payable, quarterly, unless otherwise noted.
• Sites closed for nonpayment or abuse of VIS policies,shall remain closed and no access granted until payment in full has been received.
• Accounts/Sites closed due to abuse of VIS policy, shall remain closed with no access granted until the problem has been resolved. and any costs incurred have been paid in full.
• Checks returned for Non Sufficient Funds or for any reason, will incur a $45.00 handling fee and possible termination of your account. All balances MUST be paid in full to reinstate terminated accounts.
• Overdue accounts carry a grace period of no more than 7 days. Non-payment is cause for immediate suspension and/or termination of account.
• All accounts must be renewed 10 days prior to the expiration date of the current contract. If notification is NOT received by VIS for closure, said account contract will be renewed automatically and you will be responsible for the next quarterly charges incurred.
• Refunds on accounts currently within contract period, will be issued a 50 percent refund, pro-rated on remaining time in contract period.
• VIS accountholders shall NOT use their accounts for unlawful acts. This is immediate cause for termination. SPAMMING, bulk email and unsolicited bulk email will not be tolerated. This will result in termination of the account. NO REFUNDS will be issued on accounts terminated for these reasons. You will be billed for any and all damages and labour involved to resolve the offending action.
• VIS does not cater services to adult or warez sites and does not condone or accept illicit materials on VIS servers.
• VIS is not responsible for the content of any hosted sites.
• VIS carries a money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your service for any reason within 15 days. Notify us and we will issue your refund. Setup Fees are non-refundable.
• Accounts hosted, using their own domain name (yourbusiness.com) will be responsible for payments incurred by Network Solutions (Internic). Internic fees are billed directly to you by Internic. Virtual Isle Solutions is NOT responsible for your domain name registration fees!
• VIS takes direct measures with daily tape backups to secure the safety of your files, however, we assume no liability for direct or indirect damage.
• Keep your password secure! Account holders are liable for any damage(s) incurred due to the misuse of their password. This simply means, if your password ends up in the control of someone who abuses your account and the final result is damage to VIS equipment and/or loss of services you will be held financially responsible for ALL damages incurred, up to and including any and ALL legal fees.
  WORD OF ADVICE: Do not give your password to anyone whom you do not trust entirely.
• VIS requires that ALL VIS accounts remain within the usage limits outlined in their package descriptions. Exceeded quotas will result in notification to the account holder and given 24 hours to upgrade their package or comply with the quoted usage.
